All cakes not recommended for outdoor events. 

Fresh Cream: Refrigerated is required at event location, can display at air-con room temperautre for 10~20mins.

Butter Cream: Best rest at air-con room for 1 hour before cake cutting, can display at air-con room temperature for about one hour. 

Fondant Cake: Best serve at air-con room temperature, can display at air-con room temperature for 3~4 hours.
