    Fresh Cream: Chiffon base + Whipping Cream ( Milky, less sugar, but easy to melt) Refrigerated is required at event location, can display at air-con room temperautre for 1hr

    Butter Cream: Chiffon base + Butter Cream (Buttery, less sweet, best serve at room temperature) Need rest at air-con room at least 1 hour before cake cutting, can display at air-con room temperature for about 2~3 hrs. 

    Fondant Cake: Butter cake base + butter cream. Best serve at air-con room temperature, can display at air-con room temperature for 3~4 hours.
